                                 Board Change



As part of City Centre Restaurant's ongoing strategic review of its business,
the Board has decided to change the operational structure of the Group.


Consequently, there will no longer be a layer of divisional management
overseeing a number of brands and each brand manager will report directly to
Andrew Guy, Chief Executive.


The Group further announces that by mutual agreement with the Board, Scott
Charlesworth has resigned as an Executive Director of the Group, with effect
from today, to pursue other interests. The Board wishes to thank Scott for his
considerable contribution to the Group during his term of office.


Andrew Guy is currently progressing his strategic review of the Group and it
is anticipated he will report his findings in the New Year.
