Block Listing Application

The Company announces an application has been made to increase the Company's existing block listing by 853,960 new ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each, so that a total of 966,696 (the "Block Listing Shares") will be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. Admission of the additional shares is expected to be effective as from 8 am on 7 November 2023.

The Block Listing Shares will be issued by the Company from time to time to satisfy exercises of options under the Company's all-employee Save As You Earn share scheme, and on issue will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
