                           Voting Rights and Capital


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:

Reliance's issued capital consists of 21,912,855 ordinary shares with voting
rights. However, of these, 400,000 are held in Treasury and no votes can be
exercised in respect of them.

Therefore, the current total number of voting rights in Reliance is 21,512,855
and this figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Reliance under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
