                                  Board Change

The Board of Reliance Security Group plc announces that Mr. James Graham, a
non-executive director since 1999, will be resigning from the Board at the end
of this financial year to concentrate on his executive commitments in
broadcasting connected with the new Broadcasting Bill.

Commenting on the announcement, the Chairman, Brian Kingham said: 'I take this
opportunity to thank Jim for his special contribution in what has been three
hectic years of highly successful development and growth for the group'.
