Reliance Security Group PLC 01 June 2004 Reliance Security Group plc ('Reliance') Contract Award - Custodial and Court Services in England and Wales The Directors of Reliance are pleased to announce that Reliance Secure Task Management Limited ('RSTM'), a wholly owned operating company, has been awarded a new seven year contract to provide custodial and court services to HM Prison Service in South Wales and the West of England. The new contract area is one of four enlarged areas (currently eight) and is approximately two and a half times larger than the area which RSTM has serviced for the last seven years, extending to Birmingham and the West Midlands, the Thames Valley and Hampshire. The new contract is scheduled to commence at the end of August 2004 and is expected to generate turnover of approximately £250 million over its seven year term.
