                              AGM Statement

Updating shareholders at the Annual General Meeting today, the Chairman,
Brian Kingham said:

'I  am  pleased to report that we continue to make good progress on  the
development of future growth opportunities.  Since the year-end, we have
announced  further investments directed to building on the diversity  of
services  and  expertise  in specialist markets  and  to  extending  our
geographic  coverage.   We  have directed  increased  resource  for  the
organic  growth  of our security business.  Investment  in  mobilisation
within  our  facilities management business continues to increase  as  a
result  of contract wins, the benefit from which will be felt in  future
years.'
