                          AGM TRADING STATEMENT


Speaking at the Annual General Meeting today the Chairman, Brian Kingham
said:

'I  am  pleased to report that, whilst we continue to operate in  highly
competitive  markets,  our  core business  and  the  investment  in  the
facilities  management  market, highlighted in my  annual  statement  in
July,  are  progressing  in line with our expectations,  continuing  the
growth trend achieved in recent years.'
