Annual information update

Rentokil Initial plc ('the Company') provides the following annual information
update, in accordance with the requirements of Prospectus Rule 5.2.  This update
refers to information that has been published or made available to the public
over the period commencing on 1st April 2005 and ending on 3rd July 2006 by the
Company or, prior to 23 June 2005, by the predecessor holding company of the
Rentokil Initial group, also called Rentokil Initial plc.  To avoid an
unnecessarily lengthy document, information is referred to in this update rather
than included in full.

The information referred to in this update was up to date at the time the
information was published but some information may now be out of date.
