Amendments to Employee Incentive Arrangements


A circular setting out certain amendments to employee incentive arrangements has
been posted to Renold plc shareholders.

A notice of a general meeting to be convened on 27 March 2008 for the purpose of
approving the amendments to employee incentive arrangements is contained in the
circular.
