NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Renold announces that Bob Davies, Group Chief Executive Officer, notified the Company on 6 June 2012 that on 1 June 2012 he had purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 33.25p per share.

The shares were purchased from Mr Davies' Self Invested Pension Plan managed by Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited which sold 70,000 shares at 33.00p per share.  His beneficial interest, including the beneficial holdings of his connected persons, following these transactions remains unchanged and is set out below.
