Remuneration and Nomination Committee changes

The Company announces that Sir David McMurtry (Chairman and Chief Executive) and
John Deer (Deputy Chairman) have both stepped down from the Company's
Remuneration and Nomination Committee with effect from today's date. There are
no other changes to their functions and responsibilities. Allen Roberts (Group
Finance Director) will no longer act as secretary to this Committee.

The members of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee will therefore comprise
the following non-executive directors:

David Snowden (Chair)
Terry Garthwaite
Joe McGeehan
