Further to the publication on 25 July 2012 of the Company's preliminary announcement of its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2012 (the "Preliminary Announcement"), it is confirmed that a copy of the following has today been posted to shareholders and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.co

1.         Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012 containing Notice of AGM; and

2.         Proxy Form.

Responsibility statement of the directors in respect of the Annual report and financial statements

(a)   the financial statements, prepared in accordance with the accounting standards referred to in the Statement of directors' responsibilities, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company and the undertakings included in the consolidation taken as a whole; and
