REC Silicon ASA - repurchase of REC01, REC02 and REC03 bonds

Sandvika, November 4, 2013: REC Silicon ASA (the "Company") refers to previous communication regarding repurchase of certain of its outstanding bonds.

The offer period has now expired, and the Company will repurchase the following amounts of its senior bonds:

• REC01 (ISIN: NO 001 0536501): NOK 454.5 million repurchased at 103.00 percent of par value plus accrued interest. This represents 70 percent of the outstanding amount of the bond issue. 

• REC02 (ISIN: NO 001 0607484): NOK 478.5 million repurchased at 100.00 percent of par value plus accrued interest. This represents 67 percent of the outstanding amount of the bond issue. 

• REC03 (ISIN: NO 001 0607476): NOK 612.5 million repurchased at 100.00 percent of par value plus accrued interest. This represents 67 percent of the outstanding amount of the bond issue. 

Settlement is expected to take place on November 5, 2013.
