Sandvika, October 1, 2010; Renewable Energy Corporation ASA (REC) will present
its financial statements for 2011 on the following dates:

Q2 2011: July 19, 2011
Q3 2011: October 26, 2011
Q4 2011: February, 2012

The ordinary Annual General Meeting will be held on May 25, 2011.
