Sandvika, March 24, 2011: The Board of Directors of Renewable Energy Corporation
ASA (REC) has approved the financial statements for 2010 for both the group and
the parent company. There are no changes in the financial statements compared to
the preliminary results for 2010 presented in the fourth quarter 2010 report.
