Replacement: Director/PDMR shareholding

The following amendment has been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released at 0700hrs under RNS number 0916M. The price at which John Samuel and Brian May sold their shares was 385p not 3.85p as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged.

Exercise of LTIPS

 

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that a total of 400,000 options ("LTIP options") to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan adopted on 25 January 2012 have been exercised on 15 January 2016. Brian May has sold 228,560 of these shares and John Samuel has sold 171,440 of these shares today at an average price of 385p per share.

 

The Company has issued new shares to satisfy these LTIP options bringing the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each of the Company in issue to 62,317,948, an increase of 0.65%.

 

Mr May continues to hold 584,193 shares representing 0.9% of the issued share capital and Mr Samuel continues to hold 240,548 shares representing 0.4% of the issued share capital.

 

Following this exercise, there are a further 548,121 options outstanding under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan all of which are subject to performance criteria and none of which have yet vested.
