Renew Holdings plc, Renew, the specialist construction services business,
yesterday issued options to subscribe for ordinary shares to Brian May, Chief
Executive, and John Samuel, Finance Director as to 476,190 and 285,714 shares
respectively, under the Montpellier 2004 Executive Share Option Scheme.  The
options are exercisable at a price of 52.5 pence after 7 June 2009 and
thereafter for a period of seven years.  The options will only be exercisable to
the extent that the results for the year ending 30 September 2008 meet certain
performance targets.
