Renew Holdings plc, the specialist construction services business, today issued
options to subscribe for ordinary shares to Brian May, Chief Executive, and John
Samuel, Finance Director as to 331,210 and 191,082 shares respectively, under
the Renew 2004 Executive Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisable at a
price of 78.5 pence after 8 January 2010 and thereafter for a period of seven
years. The options will only be exercisable to the extent that the results for
the year ending 30 September 2009 meet certain performance targets.
