Final Results Revised Date

Renew Holdings plc ("Renew"), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, today announces a revised date for the publication of its final results for the full year ended 30 September 2021.

The Company's auditor, KPMG LLP, has requested an additional 48 hours to complete its procedures because of the practical challenges of virtual working in the current pandemic environment. As a result, the Company now expects to announce its final results on 9 December 2021 a short delay to the previously planned date of 7 December 2021.

The Board confirms that the final results are expected to be in line with the trading update provided on 7 September 2021 which said "that the Board now expects the Group's full year results to be materially ahead of current market expectations with adjusted operating profit expected to be no less than £50m."
