Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, announces that Louise Hardy, Non-Executive Director, has resigned with immediate effect to take up a Non-Executive position at another listed company.
The Board will immediately commence the process to search for a replacement Non-Executive Director.
