Director/PDMR shareholding

 

Exercise of LTIPS

 

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that a total of 400,000 options ("LTIP options") to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10p each pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan adopted on 25 January 2012 have been exercised on 25 March 2015.

 

In order to meet income tax and national insurance obligations arising from the exercise, Brian May has sold 150,000 and John Samuel has sold 100,000 of these shares at an average price of 271.72p per share. Brian May has retained 90,000 new shares and now holds 584,193 shares representing 0.94% of the issued share capital and Mr Samuel has retained 60,000 new shares and now holds 300,548 shares representing 0.49% of the issued share capital.

 

The Company has issued new shares to satisfy these LTIP options bringing the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each of the Company in issue to 61,917,948, an increase of 0.65%.

 

Following this exercise, there are a further 988,121 options outstanding under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan all of which are subject to performance criteria and none of which have yet vested.
