AGM Statement

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11am today. David Forbes, Chairman, will open the meeting with the following remarks:

"Trading for the first quarter of the year has continued in line with the Board's expectations. The Group order book at 31 December 2021 was £742m (31 December 2020: £677m). The Engineering Services order book stood at £687m (31 December 2020: £583m). Net debt and cash generation are also in line with the Board's expectations."

A further trading update for the six months ending 31 March 2022 will be given on 1 April 2022.
