Please note this replaces the announcement made 13:01, 16 September 2005 under
RNS number 3827R. The only material change to the body of the text being the
deletion of the holding of Mr M. Hunt, which had been appropriately disclosed in
RNS announcement 3838R.

This form is intended for use by an issuer to make a RIS notification required
by DR 3.1.4R(1).
