Regional REIT Limited (the "Company")

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them ("PCA").

The Company announces that Mr Daniel Taylor, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has transferred 259,999 shares in the Company for nil consideration to his wife, Mrs Charmian Taylor, a person closely associated (PCA) with Mr Taylor .

The transfer took place on 10 June 2020.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of shares by Mr Taylor and persons closely associated is 709,998 shares, representing 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
