REDROW ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO LEASE FOR WINDSOR OFFICE PARK
Redrow is pleased to announce that Redrow Commercial Developments and its
Joint Venture partner, Norwich Investment Management, have exchanged
agreements to lease the Windsor Office Park to Centrica plc.
The scheme comprises two buildings totalling approximately 138,500 square feet
(120,000 square feet net) and the buildings are scheduled for completion in
the Summer of 2001. Under the agreement Centrica will be leasing the entire
scheme for their new UK Headquarters. The lease, which is on an FRI basis,
will be for 17 years.
Paul Pedley, Redrow's Chief Executive, commented:-
'We are delighted to have reached agreement with a company such as Centrica.
This prestigious development, in conjunction with Norwich Union, represents a
further milestone in the growth of Redrow's commercial development activities.
