Redrow plc have today received notification from The Egerton European Dollar
Fund Limited that they have become interested, through Morstan Nominees Limited
(the Registered Holder), in 4,729,647 Ordinary shares.  Such interest
constitutes 3% of the issued share capital of Redrow plc.
