notifiable interest of Fidelity International Limited (FIL) and Mr Edward C
Johnson 3d (a principle shareholder of Fidelity International Limited)
constitutes 7.96% of the issued share capital of Redrow plc following a decrease
of their shareholding by 134,786 ordinary shares to 12,602,254.
