As previously announced, Alan Jackson intends to retire as an independent non-executive director of Redrow. The search for an additional independent non-executive director is ongoing. Alan Jackson has agreed to continue as a non-executive director beyond his intended retirement date of 30 June 2014 until the appointment of the additional non-executive director is completed.
