Board Changes

Following the announcement on 20 March 2009 and statements made in our preliminary results on 10 September 2009 relating to a review of the executive structure of the Board of Redrow plc ('Redrow'), the Board today announces that John Tutte has been appointed Group Managing Director with immediate effect. John has been a Main Board Director of Redrow since July 2002 and was Regional Chairman, Eastern Region.

As part of an internal management restructuring John will assume responsibility for management of each of the operating companies of the Group. As a result of this restructuring, the two separate positions of Regional Chairman for the Eastern and Western Regions will no longer apply and as such Colin Lewis will be stepping down from the Board and leaving the Group.
