On 25 November 2003 Redrow plc ('Redrow') was advised that on 21 November 2003
the directors detailed below acquired Redrow 10p ordinary shares following the
reinvestment of dividend income through Redrow's Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a
price of three pounds and three pence (£3.03p) per ordinary share.
