Redrow Plc have today received notification that on the 11 September 2001
Mrs C E Lewis transferred a total of 200 shares split equally between a niece
and a nephew as a birthday gift thereby reducing the beneficial holding of
Mr C E Lewis by 200 shares. The closing mid market share price on the
11 September 2001 was 205 1/2p.
