Redrow plc - Directors Shareholding


On 1st December 2005 Redrow plc ('Redrow') was advised that the following
directors of Redrow have exercised their options to buy Redrow 10p ordinary
shares in respect of those amounts set out below under the 2002 Halifax Save As
You Earn Scheme at the option price of two pounds and nineteen pence (£2.19)
which brings their beneficial holdings in Redrow to the amounts stated.
