DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING


On 10th March 2006 Redrow plc ('Redrow') was advised by Paul Louis Pedley that
he had on 10th March 2006 sold 12,593 shares in Redrow at a price of £5.43p
which represented those shares acquired on 6th January 2006 under the 2001
Halifax Save As You Earn Scheme and as such his beneficial holding now stands at
650,000 ordinary shares.
