Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that nil consideration options issued under the Company's Long Term Share Incentive Plan ("the Scheme") for year ended June 2010 vested on 18^th February 2014 and 20^th April 2014 respectively.

The following directors and person discharging managerial responsibility on 29^th April 2014 exercised their nil consideration options over the following number of ordinary shares of 10p each in Redrow issued under the Scheme:
