Redrow plc ('Redrow') has been advised that Colin Lewis a director of Redrow on
21st December 2006 exercised his option to buy the following Redrow 10p ordinary
shares under the 2001 Halifax Save As You Earn Scheme at the option price of one
pound sixty five pence (£1.65) and as a result of the exercise his beneficial
holding in Redrow now stand as follows:
