Redrow plc - Director Shareholdings and PDMR



On 2nd January 2007 Redrow plc ('Redrow') was advised that the following
directors of Redrow had exercised their options to buy the following Redrow 10p
ordinary shares under the 2003 Halifax Save As You Earn Scheme at the option
price of two pounds seventy pence (£2.70) and as a result of the exercise their
beneficial holdings in Redrow now stand as follows:

Further on 2nd January 2007 Redrow was also advised that the following persons
discharging managerial responsibilities had exercised their options to buy the
following Redrow 10p ordinary shares under the 2003 Halifax Save As You Earn
Scheme at the option price of two pounds seventy pence (£2.70) and as a result
of the exercise their beneficial holdings in Redrow now stand as follows:
