Board Changes

Northgate plc ("Northgate", the "Company" or the "Group"), today announces that in line with its Board succession plans, Andrew Allner has advised the Board that he wishes to stand down as Non-Executive Director, following 11 years with the Group.  Andrew will retire from the Northgate plc Board on 31 December 2018 and a search is now underway for Andrew's successor.

Andrew Page, Chairman commented: "I would like to thank Andrew for his support and significant contribution to Northgate since his appointment in 2007, during which time the Company has benefited greatly from his wise counsel and wealth of plc experience.  We wish him well in all his future endeavours."
