Northgate plc, the UK and Spain's leading specialist in light commercial vehicle hire, announces that Jan Astrand, a non-executive director of the Company, is standing down as a member of the Remuneration and Audit and Risk Committees of the Board with immediate effect.  Jan will remain on the Board and will continue to act as Chairman of the Board of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Northgate España Renting Flexible S.A.
