Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of
250,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each fully paid in Northgate PLC under the
Share Option Scheme and 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each fully paid in
Northgate PLC under Executive Incentive Scheme, to be admitted to the Official
List maintained by the UK Listing Authority, and for such shares to be admitted
to trading by the London Stock Exchange.
