Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, today announces that Helena Feltham, Non-Executive Director, has announced her intention to step down from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") on 24 July 2023.  Recruitment for her replacement is underway.
