Update on Resource Star Limited Share Offer

Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or "RRR") announces that its 24.4% associated company Resource Star Limited (ASX:RSL "Resource Star")), which is focussed on uranium exploration in Australia and Malawi, has today announced that it has received firm commitments for the full amount of its share offer which will close on or before 5 February 2010.

Following the ASX listing of RSL and assuming valid subscriptions for the full offer amount of A$4.4 million, RRR will be interested in 12,895,295 RSL ordinary shares. This holding will represent 20.0 per cent. of RSL's issued ordinary share capital on listing.
