Red Rock Resources plc 24 April 2008 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC Calling of Extraordinary General Meeting of Jupiter Mines Limited Dated: 24 April 2008 Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock' or the 'Company') the mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing iron ore, uranium and manganese projects in Australia and East Africa, announces that, being a shareholder holding approximately 8 per cent of the issued capital of Jupiter Mines Limited ('Jupiter'), a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, it has served notice that it is requisitioning an Extraordinary General Meeting of Jupiter shareholders to propose changes to the composition of the board of directors of Jupiter. It is the intention of Red Rock, as the largest shareholder of record in Jupiter, to encourage Jupiter to strengthen its board and take advantage of the iron ore opportunities Red Rock believes exist in the South Central Yilgarn of Western Australia. Red Rock owns the 205 sq km Mt Alfred tenement in the region, as well as a shareholding of over 8 per cent in Mindax Ltd, which owns mining tenements adjacent to and on strike with Mt Alfred. Red Rock has a 1.5% royalty interest in Jupiter's Mt Ida and Mt Hope tenements. Red Rock has disclosed a shareholding of 11,347,178 shares in Jupiter amounting to 8.01% of the outstanding share capital, and holds 3,500,000 options exercisable into Jupiter shares at 20c per Jupiter share at any time up to 20th May 2008.
