Increased Holding in RSL

Red Rock Resources plc 12 February 2008 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC Increased Holding in Retail Star Limited Dated: 11 February 2008 Red Rock Resources plc ('Red Rock' or the 'Company') the mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing iron ore, uranium and manganese projects in Australia and East Africa, announces that further to the sale of Orion Exploration Pty Ltd to Retail Star Limited ('RSL'), as announced by the Company on 7 August 2007, the government of Malawi has granted the transfer of the Chintheche uranium licence in Malawi to RSL from Red Rock. This property comprises an Exclusive Prospecting Licence ('EPL') covering an area of 210.8sq km. This EPL was transferred pursuant to the agreement dated 26 July 2007 between RSL and the Company, under which the Company agreed to sell its uranium interests to RSL. As a result of the transfer of the EPL, 30,000,000 C Performance Shares in RSL held by the Company have been converted into 30,000,000 new fully paid ordinary shares in RSL. The Company is now interested in 140,000,000 ordinary shares in RSL. This holding represents a 24.2% interest in the issued share capital of RSL.
