Red Rock Resources plc (the 'Company') was notified on 25 January 2006 that on
23 January 2006 City Equities Limited purchased 19,000,000 Ordinary Shares of
£0.001 each in the capital of the Company, representing 11.75 % of the issued
share capital of the Company. Further the Company was notified that as at the
close of business on 24 January 2006 City Equities Limited had sold 13,525,000
Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company and that on 25
January 2006 City Equities Limited sold 5,475,000. Ordinary Shares of £0.001
each in the capital of the Company. Following these transactions City Equities
Limited no longer holds any shares in the Company.
