Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource investment and development company, announces that it was informed yesterday that on 13 April 2016 Andrew R M Bell, Chairman, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of 0.6p per ordinary share. Following the purchase, his holdings in Red Rock are as set out in the table below:
