The Directors of Reece PLC announce the appointment of Mr Steven
Smith as a non executive director of the Company with immediate
effect. Mr Smith is the Business Development Manager of
Britannia Group PLC, the owners of 29.9% of the issued ordinary
share capital of Reece PLC.
