Record plc (the 'Company') announces a series of transfers of ordinary shares of
£0.00025 each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by persons
subject to lock-up arrangements contained in an underwriting agreement dated 28
November 2007 entered into between, inter alia, the Company, JPMorgan Cazenove
Limited (as Sponsor) and such persons (the 'Underwriting Agreement'). Such
transfers have been made pursuant to exemptions from the lock-up arrangements
contained in the Underwriting Agreement or, in the case of the transfer by Bob
Noyen to The Noyen-Melendez Family Trust Limited, pursuant to a waiver of such
arrangements given in accordance with the terms of the Underwriting Agreement.
In each case, the transferee has entered into a lock-up deed dated 26 March
2008, the terms of which are substantially the same as the lock-up arrangements
contained within the Underwriting Agreement.


The Company announces, in accordance with LR9.6.16 that Duncan Joel Sleigh, a
shareholder in the Company, has transferred by a gift for nil consideration
361,000 Ordinary Shares to himself, Susan Janice Sleigh and Haydn Jan Sleigh in
their capacity as trustees of the Joel Sleigh 2008 Settlement, a family trust in
respect of which the children of Mr Sleigh are the primary beneficiaries. Mr
Sleigh continues to hold 3,374,678 Ordinary Shares directly.


The Company announces, in accordance with LR9.6.16 and DTR3.1.4R(1) that Michael
David Timmins, a shareholder in the Company and a director of it, has today
transferred by a gift for nil consideration 361,000 Ordinary Shares to himself
and Richard Peter Dew in their capacity as trustees of Michael David Timmins
Discretionary Settlement 2008, a family trust in respect of which the children
of Mr Timmins are the primary beneficiaries. The Company was notified of such
transfer today, 26 March 2008. Mr Timmins continues to hold 9,338,880 Ordinary
Shares directly.


The Company announces, in accordance with LR9.6.16 and DTR3.1.4R(1) that Leslie
Hill, a shareholder in the Company and a director of it, has today transferred
by a gift for nil consideration 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares to FINHUMF, a
registered charity appearing on the Central Register of Charities of the Charity
Commission. The Company was notified of such transfer today, 26 March 2008. Ms
Hill continues to hold 14,828,051 Ordinary Shares directly.


The Company announces, in accordance with LR9.6.16 and DTR3.1.4R(1) that Bob
Noyen, a shareholder in the Company and a director of it, has today transferred
by gifts for nil consideration 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares to FINHUMF and
3,000,000 Ordinary Shares to The Noyen-Melendez Family Trust Limited, a company
established for charitable purposes which has applied to the Charity Commission
for registration on the Central Register of Charities. The Company was notified
of such transfers today, 26 March 2008. Mr Noyen continues to hold 8,418,569
Ordinary Shares directly.
