Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("the Company") announces that on 13 June 2017, it purchased for cancellation 1,100,000 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR 0.16 per share.

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 146,522,267. 

The above number of 146,522,267 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
