Resignation of Director

The Company announces that Mr Robert Petch has resigned from the board of RC2 with immediate effect.

The board of RC2 would like to thank Mr Petch for his contribution to the development of the Company.

Howard Golden, Chairman of the Company, commented: "Mr Petch has been a valuable member of the RC2 board and his helpful insights have always been welcome.  The entire board wishes him well and thanks him for his loyal service."
