Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 21 February 2011 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, had on the 18 February 2011 purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.625 per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 2,744,575 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.74% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
